Sad day, but we are ok… you are an amazing resource, I could see that as soon as we met.

Hi Mitali,
I apologize for taking so long getting back to you!  I’ve thought about you and the girls many times and am so grateful we had you to be with our mom!

In looking back over our time with you Mitali, I really only see a couple of things that we had to work through.  One was the meals for mom.  It started out with her having very big meals throughout the day.  We talked to you and left notes for Raquel and eventually got it down to the size and types of food mom liked to eat. The other thing that took some time was building a relationship with mom.  This was probably more Raquel and may well have been because we said in the beginning that mom was very independent and to let her have her space.  Because as we know, she and Raquel ended up having a beautiful relationship with each other!!

All in all Mitali, I love how we could work as a team.  You, Ki and I.  You listened to us as to what we know mom liked and disliked and would change anything that needed changing.  You always showed up when mom would tell the aides to leave:  Most of all, you got rid of Judy immediately after we said we had some concerns about her.  We were willing to see if she improved after you spoke with her, but you were appalled at her behavior and took no time replacing her with a wonderful girl. 

Honestly, I think we were so very lucky to find you and it was such a huge relief to know she was in good capable hands when we weren’t with her.

If I can help you in any other way please let me know.  I hope all is going well for you and Raquel!  Please keep us posted as to when her new baby boy arrives.

Mitali and her caregivers are very attuned to the needs of their clients. They were very flexible and gave us good feedback on how the caregiving went with our Dad.  Mitali is very generous with her time, to give insights, share best practices and give support overall. My entire family and I would like to strongly recommend Mitali and Timm of Creative Home Health Care of Cape Cod for nursing care. Mitali and Timm took care of my mother 24 hours a day, at her home, in her final stages of cancer, and I could not imagine a better team. We are so appreciative of the work Mitali and Timm do, and it is clear they put their hearts and souls into the care they give.
Mitali and Timm are careful, respectful, knowledgeable, and above all, loving. Not only do they keep detailed logs of any medications administered, and keep the family up to date via calls and texts on any changes in the patient’s condition, but they also made sure my mother was comfortable in her own environment, and did so in a very respectful way. Mtali and Timm have a “sixth sense” for what a patient really needs, and they adjust their care accordingly. For example – Mitali, just a few days in, got a sense for the importance of dignity to my mom, and made sure my mom was able to have a sense of independence until the very end, even when it was nearly impossible. Watching Mitali and Timm lovingly take care of my mother was a very special experience.
We are so grateful to Mitali and Timm for their work, and they will be a part of our family forever. My only regret is not finding them sooner!

My entire family cannot thank you and Timm enough for what you did for my mother. You made her so happy and comfortable the last couple of weeks of her life. You are both special people and even though our time together was short we will always be grateful for what you did and keep you in our hearts forever.

I would highly recommend Mitali as a medical care giver. I broke my ankle in 2018. I had to have surgery and was in a wheelchair for 12 weeks. I had several home care givers, but Mitali was my favorite. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very honest. She helped me with my showers, getting dressed, and did light housekeeping. And always with a smile and kindness.

Mitali is an amazing and responsible caregiver who you can trust in your home with your most precious loved ones. It is my pleasure to write a letter of reference for Mitali Chakraboorty. Last month as a result of a fall on ice, there were four hairline fractures in my right hip. After a short hospital stay I went for rehabilitation in a local nursing home. Mitali was assigned to my case. She was very knowledgeable, had a keen eye towards details, and took excellent care of my needs in a compassionate and thoughtful manner. She was always cognizant of my level of pain and did what was needed to alleviate it. I highly recommend her for a position where her skills are needed.

Mitali was my aide when I was in the nursing home. She would help me get ready for bed when I couldn’t do it myself. She was always nice and pleasant when working with me. I have had occasion to use Mitali as a caregiver. She was very attentive to all my needs. She took the time to learn about me and what I wanted her to do for me.
